Roofing Project

Our roof maintenance/cleaning project will kick off June 8th. This project is designed to clean our roofs of mold and debris, as well as fix many potential issues around the vents/flashings that would, without repair, result in leaks that would be costly to the HOA in the future. The project will last several weeks, however each building should only be impacted for a single day, and we will work with the roofing company to get each building notification of when that maintenance is expected to occur.
